Bowdon Hockey Club is proud to announce the extension of its successful partnership with Y1 Hockey for a further five years to provide its distinctive club kit, following a thorough re-tendering process.
The agreement will also include continued provision of a Y1 on-site shop at the Club, performance kit contributions, Y1 elite athlete coach connections and wider club community support.
Bowdon and Y1 have built a dynamic collaboration that has been a distinctive feature of the Club over recent years and @Y1Bowdon has become a strong part of Bowdon Hockey Club’s identity.
“This partnership renewal comes at an exciting time for Bowdon as we celebrate five league champions and the promise of both Men’s and Women’s 1s playing in the national Premier league next season. Y1 Bowdon has demonstrated its commitment to supporting our community in many aspects, and we look forward to its continued partnership for years to come”, commented Jonny Grant, Chair of Bowdon Hockey Club.
This renewed agreement ensures that Bowdon HC will continue to benefit from a range of sustainable performance teamwear as well as onsite access to a range of innovative hockey equipment, including sticks, face masks, shin pads, shoes and other accessories.
Chris Rea, Founder of Y1 Hockey, added: “It means a great deal to continue our long-standing relationship with Bowdon, and we’re proud to support the club both on and off the pitch.”
The Club is working with Y1 on plans for shop opening over the summer as well as kit re-stocking for the new season.
